  • We use third-party shipping carriers and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect orders, claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Artwork & Design Submissions

  • Customers are responsible for submitting high-resolution (300 DPI) PNG files with a transparent background.
  • DTF ROYAL is not responsible for print quality issues due to low-resolution, blurry, or improperly formatted files.
  • By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design and are not violating any copyrights or trademarks.

  • All content on our website, including logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of DTF ROYAL and may not be copied or used without permission.
