DTF Pressing Instructions

Follow these simple steps to apply your DTF transfers for a flawless, long-lasting finish.

1. Prepare Your Heat Press

🔥 Set your heat press to 300-325°F (149-163°C)
⏳ Preheat your garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
💨 Ensure the surface is flat and clean before application.

2. Position the Transfer

📍 Place the DTF transfer face-up on the garment (design side up, carrier sheet on top).
📏 Ensure correct placement and alignment before pressing.

3. Press the Transfer

🕒 Press for 10-15 seconds with medium to firm pressure (40-60 psi).
🚀 Avoid over-pressing, which can affect print durability.

4. Cold Peel Process

❄️ Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling.
🔄 Slowly peel off the carrier sheet for a clean finish.

5. Final Press (Optional but Recommended)

📦 Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet.
🔥 Re-press for 5 seconds to enhance durability and finish.

6. Care Instructions for Longevity

🧼 Wash after 24 hours to allow the design to fully cure.
🚫 Wash inside out in cold water, no bleach or fabric softeners.
💨 Tumble dry low or air dry for best results.
🚫 Do not iron directly on the design.
