At DTF ROYAL, we take pride in providing high-quality DTF gang sheets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our custom printing services, we have the following return and refund policies in place.


1. No Returns on Custom Orders

All DTF transfers and gang sheets are custom-made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our mistake.


2. Order Issues & Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

✅ The defective print or damage
✅ The entire sheet showing any errors
✅ The original packaging for verification

Email your complaint and images to info@dtfroyal.com , and our team will review your claim.


3. Refund Policy

We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Prints: If the design does not match what was submitted.
  • Printing Defects: Blurry, misaligned, or missing prints caused by our production process.
  • Damaged During Shipping: If the package arrives damaged and is unusable (must provide photos).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the issue is verified.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in production. Please double-check your design files, dimensions, and order details before submitting payment.


5. Customer Errors

We are not responsible for errors caused by:

❌ Low-resolution or incorrect file formats
❌ Spelling mistakes or design errors in submitted artwork
❌ Wrong dimensions, colors, or order details provided by the customer
❌ Incorrect application of transfers (e.g., improper heat press settings)

Please ensure that artwork files are 300 DPI PNGs with a transparent background to avoid print quality issues.


6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.


7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
