- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Rush processing is available for an additional fee (please contact us for availability).

- Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Instructions: Please wait for a confirmation email before picking up your order.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination at checkout.
5. International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping. However, we are working to expand our services in the future.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- Shipping Delays: DTF ROYAL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors (e.g., weather, holidays).
- Damaged Orders: If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipping costs.
